While general mindfulness offers self-help and a calming time-out, The Happy Broadcast goes beyond news by offering a set of tools that educate and provide solutions to issues responsible for human anxiety.

Over the years, we have explored ways to bring positivity and better mental health to our community. We do this mainly by illustrating positive news stories to try and counteract all the negativity in todays news cycles. We have also, however, spent considerable time and resources experimenting with tools that can help improve happiness. One of those tools is our voice journaling app called Lid. Another is our daily habits trainer app Whole. Both apps are free and available in the app store.

We believe that many small actions can collectively make a big difference in ensuring a healthy planet for generations to come.

Get in touch to explore how we might work together and spread more positivity.
