Sliceberg Terms of Use

Effective Date: February 27, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game (the "Game") provided by Happy Broadcast, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not download, access, or use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for a general audience age 13 and older. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old;
  • If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent;
  • You are not prohibited from using the Game under applicable law.

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

2. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Circumvent security features
  • Use automation, bots, exploits, scripts, or cheats
  • Manipulate leaderboards or scoring systems
  • Interfere with the Game's operation or servers

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

3. Gameplay, Scoring & Economy

All gameplay mechanics, scoring systems, bonuses, multipliers, daily play limits, and leaderboard calculations are determined solely by the Company. We reserve the right at any time to:

  • Modify scoring formulas
  • Rebalance gameplay
  • Reset leaderboards
  • Adjust or remove daily play limits
  • Remove or modify features
  • Correct errors retroactively

All scoring decisions are final. Game progress, scores, and rankings have no real-world monetary value and may be modified or reset at our discretion.

4. Leaderboards & User Submissions

You may enter a display name for leaderboard participation. You agree that:

  • Your name will not be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or offensive;
  • We may remove or modify names at our discretion;
  • Rankings are determined exclusively by our systems and may be adjusted or removed at any time.

By submitting a display name, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that name within the Game and related promotional materials.

We are not responsible for third-party use of shared leaderboard content.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The Game may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs"), virtual items, or other digital content. All purchases:

  • Are processed by Apple or other platform providers;
  • Are subject to the platform's billing terms;
  • Are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Virtual items are licensed, not sold; have no cash value; cannot be transferred or redeemed; and may be modified, revoked, discontinued, or removed at any time. We may change pricing, availability, or features without notice.

6. Advertising & Third Parties

The Game may display advertising and content provided by third parties, including but not limited to Google AdMob, AdSense, Unity, Liftoff, Apple, and other networks.

We do not control third-party ads and are not responsible for their content, their data practices, or any transactions between you and advertisers. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Game—including software, design, gameplay mechanics, artwork, branding, text, audio, and visual elements—are owned by Happy Broadcast, Inc. or its licensors.

You acquire no ownership rights by using the Game. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which will be made available within the Game and on our website.

The Game currently does not directly collect personal information beyond what is processed by platform providers and advertising partners. However:

  • Third-party services (including Apple and advertising providers) may collect device and usage information.
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you may have rights under the GDPR or similar laws.

We will process personal data (if any) in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you acknowledge that data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND ACCURACY OF SCORING OR RESULTS.

We do not guarantee availability, security, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HAPPY BROADCAST, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, SCORES, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR PROGRESS; LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY ADS OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 USD, OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Happy Broadcast, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Game, your leaderboard name or submitted content, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Game or these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall be conducted in English, take place in the United States, and be conducted on an individual basis only.

You waive the right to a jury trial, the right to participate in a class action, and the right to consolidate claims with others.

If this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game immediately ends.
